PARAGONON welcomes feedback on your experience with our products. We will publish both positive and negative testimonials, so long as the product testimonials are accurate and constructive. 2. TERMS OF ONLINE SALE

Welcome to our ROMBI Website and our online sales!

WHEN YOU ORDER

By registering or placing an order with us online you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale ("Terms of Sale") which shall apply to all items advertised on our Website at www.rombipuzzle.com (the "Website"), in addition to the Website’s Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. Please read these Terms of Sale carefully and retain a copy for future reference. If you do not accept them, you will not be able to order item/s from the Website.

By placing an order through the Website you warrant and represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and you are at least 18 years old. Our online store is available for non-commercial customers only. Large orders from the trade or consumer groups will not be accepted and we reserve the right to cancel the order.

An order placed by you is an offer and is only binding on us when we accept it. We will confirm such acceptance (if any) by sending you an email that we have received confirmation of your order, at which point a contract between us will be formed.

If you require any information concerning your order, please email us at admin@rombipuzzle.com quoting your order number. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.

PRICE

The items indicated as for sale in the Website are available for sale at the sterling prices indicated on the Website.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payments may be made via PayPal by the following credit and debit cards: American Express, Visa and Mastercard. We will not dispatch your order until we have received cleared funds from your account.

We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if we are refused authority for payment or reasonably believe that payment will be refused at any stage.

CUSTOMS DUTIES

Paragonon intends to sale its products and services in the UK and Republic of Ireland via this Site. For any other countries, please contact us at the address mentioned below.

When ordering products for international delivery to countries other than those where Paragonon originates its shipments, you are the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the merchandise reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

DELIVERY

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you register on the Website, provided the address is within the UK or Republic of Ireland.

Where an order is accepted, we will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that item is delivered in 5-7 working days from the day the order placed. Orders placed at the weekend or after 6pm will be processed on the next working day. Those orders over the seasonal period may take longer.

Title in the product/s shall remain with us until we have received cleared payment. The risk in the item is passed over when the goods are successfully delivered.

DEFECTIVE GOODS; INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ORDERS

You must inspect the goods and notify us within 14 days of delivery in writing to Paragonon or by phoning our Consumer Services team at +44 (0) 203 930 9477 (office hours). Should a product be damaged while it is being shipped to you, we will provide you with a full refund or exchange. Return postage will be refunded in case of damaged, defective or incorrectly sent products.

The products are subject to availability. If, for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the products, unless you wish to accept substitute goods of equivalent quality and price.

AMENDMENT OF ORDERS & CANCELLATION RIGHTS

We want you to be delighted with our product. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items and by law you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. We would like to extend this period to 30 days.

You may cancel your order at any time from the date of the order up until the date that is 30 calendar days from receipt of the item by filling out the withdrawal form below or by calling us at +44 (0) 203 930 9477.

If you cancel your order before you have received the item, you are entitled to refuse to accept delivery of the item and we will send a cheque or refund to your account with a full refund within 14 days of your refusal to accept delivery of the item. If you cancel your order of the item after you have received it, you must return the item to us in undamaged condition at your expense within 14 days from informing us of your cancellation.  You must include all of the original items, any documentation and packaging. Within 14 days of receipt of your item, we will send a cheque or refund to your account with a full refund including delivery costs.  This provision does not affect your statutory rights.

LIABILITY

Save in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to the extent permitted under law, our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

The images of the items on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the items. Your items may vary slightly from those images.
